It is of the utmost importance to us that it be clear that your time and effort in assisting your clients is worthy of compensation…no exceptions.

• You give us a confirmed lead; we send out a highly trained professional to evaluate your customers’ situation and we close the deal.  You are compensated for the effort and time it took for you to care enough to recommend the solution to a bigger problem your clients are facing.
• We train you to identify key scenarios where your clients will benefit from professional restoration services.  You utilize our training in industry standard guidelines for identifying water damage and our proven scripts to communicate to your clients in a kind and professional manner.
• You call us and give us the pertinent info, and we will usually contact them right away and be out there the same day.   If it is an emergency flood situation, we will be out there within 1-2 hours.
• You are being compensated for the time and effort it takes to go above and beyond your normal call of duty, using your expertise in identifying water damage issues and the time it takes to explain this to the customer.
• You are notified when a contract is signed with your client and records will be kept in Triumph’s CRM that track the referral source and date contract signed.  These records will be available to you at all times and reports will be transferred to you upon request.
• Compensation is due upon a contract being signed by your customer and delivered the following Friday.
• Triumph assumes the risk of entering into a contract that does not materialize into a profitable job, where the insurance carrier is effective at denying the claim and the property owner gives up and does not wish to pursue it, no penalty will be applied to the referral source.

You or your direct family members will one day need roofing service, or remodeling, or face a need for professional restoration service.   If insurance is not involved you will want the best value.  Triumph’s retail services are typically geared towards those who can afford quality and we are never the low-price option, however, once in our inner circle, you and your direct family members are entitled to the following. 

• Roofing service at cost plus 10%, fully transparent cost analysis before starting work, and final cost report upon completion.  Average re-roof savings of $7,500
• Interior / Exterior Remodeling services at cost plus  13%, fully transparent cost analysis before starting work, and final cost report upon completion.  Industry average profit margins for remodeling is 30%-40%
• Emergency service for water extraction for your customers when you are at fault for causing the leak.  This service will be cost plus 0%. 

Note** Must be “Agent in Good Standing” to qualify, Only Triumph’s General manager can modify the above offer, limits per year apply. 

The Owner of Triumph Property Service is a licensed Public adjuster with over 16 years of experience in the industry.   You and your family now have access to professional claims consulting when dealing with your own claim or shopping for insurance, at NO COST. 

• Review and evaluation of potential claims including causation, strategy, potential insurance carrier defense, policyholders’ duties and policy interpretation.
• Policy procurement consulting which will include a review of the policy language and real-world advice about claims handling practice and the overall value of property insurance policies you are considering purchasing.  

Note **  Limit of 4 free hours per year, after that the normal rate of $375 per hour applies
