Are you a specific insurance company’s preferred vendor?

No! We work for our customers, not for insurance companies. We’ll work with any major insurer and treat each policyholder with the same intentional care.

Do I have to wait for my insurance company to reimburse me?

For property damage restoration, we will bill your insurance directly so that you don’t have to play the middle man. All you’ll do is pay your deductible!

Will you help my HOA navigate a property damage insurance claim?

Yes, we’ll bill the owner’s insurance and your HOA’s insurance separately to cover all your bases.

What licenses and certifications do you hold?

We are IICRC Certified Restorers for water damage, mold, and fire. We also hold GC (general contractor), roofing, mold remediation, and assessment licenses. Our owner Josiah Kapp also has a public adjuster license.
