Yes! Our team is on call to field your property emergency no matter the day or time.
How long has Triumph Property Services been in business?
We’ve been in business since 2006, and many of our team members have decades of industry experience.
What licenses and certifications do you hold?
We are IICRC Certified Restorers for water damage, mold, and fire. We also hold GC (general contractor), roofing, mold remediation, and assessment licenses. Our owner Josiah Kapp also has a public adjuster license.
Do you offer financing?
Yes – we’re partnered with multiple financing lenders to offer low monthly payments on renovation and restoration projects.
Will you help my HOA navigate a property damage insurance claim?
Yes, we’ll bill the owner’s insurance and your HOA’s insurance separately to cover all your bases.
Are you a specific insurance company’s preferred vendor?
No! We work for our customers, not for insurance companies. We’ll work with any major insurer and treat each policyholder with the same intentional care.
Do you provide free property inspections?
Yes, we’ll thoroughly inspect your damage and come up with a game plan at no cost to you.
What warranties do you offer?
We include a 10-year labor warranty for roofing projects and a 2-year labor warranty for any interior work.
Do I have to wait for my insurance company to reimburse me?
For property damage restoration, we will bill your insurance directly so that you don’t have to play the middle man. All you’ll do is pay your deductible!
Where is Triumph Property Services located?
We’re based in Boynton Beach, FL, and serve the greater South Florida region.
What roofing materials can you install?
We’re qualified to install any roofing material. Clay tile is popular here in Florida, and we can also install asphalt shingles, metal, concrete tile, cedar shakes, composite shingles, and flat roofing.
How do you filter the air when performing mold remediation?
We seal off all affected areas, prevent cross contamination, and immediately filter the air with high-powered HEPA air scrubbers.
Do you provide mold analysis testing?
We can obtain pre and post mold analysis testing from 3rd party companies who use accredited laboratories. This ensures you receive an unbiased, independent evaluation of your indoor air quality.
Do I need to obtain my own permits?
No, our crew will acquire all necessary permits.
Can I upgrade my roofing materials after filing a claim?
Yes, you can choose whatever materials you want for your roof. You aren’t required to get the exact same materials as your existing roof.
Do you provide off-site storage for fire restoration services?
Yes, we provide a complete restoration of all your personal items, including off-site storage while we restore your home.
My kitchen or bathroom was damaged. Can you reconstruct it?
Yes, we can provide full reconstruction of any part of your property— including kitchens and bathrooms.
