Tahiti Cove had their claim denied by the insurance company, and they resolved to assess the residents to pay for the needed repairs. They had hired a new Property Manager who quickly recommended Triumph to assess their claim and wind damage restoration project. Within 3 months Triumph was able to secure all the funding needed to re-roof the historic Intercostal Condo buildings. Triumph proceeded to re-roof the entire complex with vastly superior building materials, all while eliminating any out-of-pocket expense.
